FAQ

I do accept custom orders. Please send an email to slpcreationsandmore@gmail.com to start your custom order. I do require FULL payment for all custom orders up front before I begin your project.  NO REFUNDS once your custom order is started.

Current processing time is 2-3 business days for all in stock items after payment is received.  Once your order is shipped, I cannot control postal delivery delays.  Tracking numbers will be provided on all shipments.

I do offer local pick up if you are in the Killeen/Ft Hood area (including Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Nolanville, Belton, Temple area).  Use code LOCALPICKUP during checkout.  Once your order is ready, I will email you with details on where to pick up from.

Do to the nature of most of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or are missing an item from your order, please contact me at slpcreationsandmore@gmail.com within 5 days of deliver.
